  • Yes. Selected past editions and individual products will be available in the shop when stock allows.

  • Yes! Alongside the UK, I currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

    As a small business, I'm growing carefully so I can make sure every envelope receives the same love and attention. I hope to add more countries in the future.

    Once a month, I'll share the personal story behind the next month's theme, an early look at the upcoming letter before I share it anywhere else, a few behind-the-scenes glimpses as each edition comes together, and a small digital keepsake created especially for Bloom Notes readers.

    Bloom Notes is a free monthly email, while Creative Bloom Club is a physical letter delivered through your letterbox.

    The monthly letter includes exclusive reflections, creative prompts, activities and carefully curated keepsakes that are only available to subscribers.

    Bloom Notes offers a glimpse behind the scenes and the stories that inspire each edition, but the physical letter remains a separate experience.

  • Yes! Bloom Notes is where I'll share the stories behind each month's theme, early previews, occasional digital keepsakes and little updates that don't always make it into the letter itself.

    Many subscribers enjoy both—the physical letter arriving through the post and Bloom Notes arriving in their inbox.

  • No. Every letter is written by me, from start to finish. Sharing personal reflections, favourite things and words of encouragement is at the heart of Creative Bloom Club, and keeping that human connection is important to me.

  • 💌 All orders are shipped in the first week of the month, via Royal Mail in the UK as a standard letter.

    💌 Expected delivery time within the UK: 2-3 days (according to Royal Mail)

    💌 Expected delivery time within Europe: 3-10 working days

    💌 Expected delivery time outside Europe: 6–13+ working days

    💌 Shipping is included in the subscription price

    ✉️ If you’re based outside the UK, please note that, due to longer delivery times, the contents of your letter may be disclosed on our social platforms or marketing channels before it arrives in your country

  • You can pause & cancel your subscription at any time, and come back to it whenever you like

    Billing happens monthly on your sign-up date.

    • For example, if you start on September 19, your next payment will be processed on October 19

  • I always share the theme and a little preview on instagram before sending the letters, so please make sure to check that first on @creativebloomclub. If it’s not entirely your style this month, why not gift it to a friend and spread a bit of joy.

  • I don’t take responsibility for letters lost by the postal service, but please send me an email and we’ll try to figure it out together.
